Remarks
"Phil-Landerer" Was built in 1977 by the Chris Craft Corp. Her current owner bought her in the 80's and has totally rebuilt/upgraded her over the years. She has only been used in the great lakes (Freshwater) and has always been winter stored in dry heated storage. She will make an Excellent Day/ Weekend Cruiser or Serious Fishing Boat for her next owner. "Phil-Landerer" is the best on the market and is a "Must See" to witness her Condition.
